Buy Once. Up To A Year Of Protection.
Most gum products are built to be used forever. CollaGum isn’t. Because it replenishes the collagen deficit directly at the gumline and reinforces the tissue, the protection holds long after the course ends.
One short course is all you need to lock the gumline in. 2 jars (around 6 weeks of use) provides roughly 6 months of protection. 4 jars covers a full year.
Why gums recede, and what actually protects them (collagen)
Your gums are made mostly of collagen — it’s what keeps them thick, firm and holding onto your teeth.
After 30, your body makes less of it every year, and by 50 you’re producing around 70% less than you did at 25. As it runs down, the tissue thins, loses its grip, and starts to pull back — which is why teeth begin to look longer.
Hard brushing, grinding, menopause and genetics all speed that up. But none of them are the cause. The cause is that your gums are running out of the material they’re built from.
Regular toothpaste only cleans the surface, and collagen pills get broken down in your stomach long before they reach your mouth.
CollaGum works where it matters most — brushed straight into the gumline, right where the tissue is thinning. The collagen and minerals feed the scaffolding so it stops thinning, hold the gumline where it is and prevent any further recession — keeping your smile firm and supported every day.
Why the collagen you’re already taking never reaches your gums
A scoop in your coffee or capsules from the pharmacy will never get there. Your stomach breaks collagen apart before it reaches your mouth, and your body sends the pieces to your skin and joints instead.
Putting it on doesn’t work either. Regular collagen is 300,000 to 500,000 daltons — far too big to pass into gum tissue. It sits on the surface and rinses away.
CollaGum uses Tropocollagen Type I, broken down to 1,000 daltons — about 1/300th the size. Small enough to actually sink into the gumline, right where it’s needed.
And because you brush it in, it goes straight onto your gums — not swallowed, not spread around the rest of your body.

Had minor recession and it hasn't moved since
Noticed one lower front tooth looked slightly longer than the one next to it about a year ago. Dentist said it had started receding and we'd keep an eye on it. Started this straight after. Twelve weeks in and nothing has moved — the gumline is sitting exactly where it was when I started.

No recession yet and keeping it that way
Mum lost most of her teeth to receding gums in her 60s and I've been paranoid about mine ever since. No visible recession yet but my dentist said given the family history it was likely coming. Six months on this and my last check-up came back the same as the last five — pockets all 2mm, no recession anywhere. Dentist actually said she's not worried anymore.

First thing that's actually stopped it
Recession since my late forties. Waterpik, electric brush, prescription toothpaste, cleanings every four months at $400 a go. Went from 3mm to nearly 5mm over six years and every appointment was the same conversation about monitoring it. This is the first thing where the number has actually held.

She measured twice because nothing had moved
I'd been on a three month cleaning schedule for years because of pocketing. At my last visit my hygienist charted the same two sites she always does, paused, and did them again. Both exactly the same as last time. She asked what I'd changed and wrote the name on my chart.

Caught mine early and glad I did
My dentist pointed out my left canine had started to recede, said we'd keep an eye on it. Didn't think this was something you dealt with at 36. Ten weeks later and it hasn't moved a millimetre. Rather deal with it now than in twenty years.

Arrived in three days
Ordered Sunday, had it Wednesday. Jar's nicer than I expected, no smell, no taste to speak of. Only a week in so nothing to report yet but easy enough to remember twice a day.

Stopped before it got worse
Little dark gaps had started opening up between my bottom front teeth. That was the bit I hated in photos. Been using this for 12 weeks and they haven't got any bigger. First time in years I'm not watching them get wider.

Quoted $3,400 for grafts. Didn't need them.
Two teeth, just over three thousand, plus taking tissue off the roof of my mouth which I dreaded more than the cost. Used this while I saved up. Twelve weeks later my periodontist re-measured and said he'd rather review it in six months than operate.

Dentist was sceptical until he measured
Told him what I was using and he was polite but clearly unconvinced. Then he probed the two sites he'd been tracking and went quiet. Said at the rate they were moving he'd expected worse. Said keep doing whatever I'm doing.

Bought it for my dad, ended up using it myself
He's 74 and had more or less accepted he'd lose teeth eventually. Two months in his dentist told him the recession hadn't progressed at all, first time in years. He's the one reminding me to reorder now. Apparently this runs in families so I've started using it too before mine goes the same way.

Number hasn't moved in two years
Sixty six and I'd written this off as just getting old. Been on this for two years now and not one of my sites has deepened at any check-up since I started. Dentist stopped bringing up the graft conversation a year ago.

Menopause did a number on my gums
Nobody tells you it affects your mouth. Everything thinned out at once and my gums started pulling back fast. Eleven weeks on this and the slide has stopped. Gumline hasn't moved since I started.

Second jar ordered
Six weeks in, the canine my dentist was watching hasn't moved. Ordering another jar before I run out.
Had a graft in 2023, receded next door
Paid for surgery on two teeth and eighteen months later the ones either side started going. Nobody warned me that could happen. Using this now instead of booking another one and the new spots have held steady.
Wish I'd found it two years ago
Ignored mine for far too long thinking it would sort itself out. It doesn't. Ten weeks in and the slide has stopped but there'd have been less damage to deal with if I'd started earlier.
Works, but slower than I expected
Four stars only because I nearly gave up at week two when nothing had happened. By weeks four to six I noticed the gumline wasn't creeping anymore. Say upfront it's a three month thing and I'd have been less impatient. On my third jar now and no further recession anywhere.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to take this for life?
No. A full course is 2 jars — brushed twice daily — which restores the collagen your gums have been running out of and brings the tissue back up to full strength.
Once that collagen is in, it stays. Those 2 jars protect your gums against any further recession for around 6 months. From there, you do another course every 6 months or so — when your gums start feeling sensitive again, or when you notice any of the signs you used to — to top the collagen levels back up as they slowly deplete.
A cycle, not a daily-forever commitment.
I already take collagen. Isn’t this the same thing?
No. Swallowed collagen is broken apart by your stomach and sent wherever your body needs it, which is almost never your mouth.
CollaGum is brushed straight onto the gumline, and it’s hydrolysed to 1,000 daltons — roughly 1/300th the size of standard collagen. That’s what lets it pass into gum tissue instead of sitting on the surface.
How do I use it?
Brush your teeth as normal, then rinse. Wet your toothbrush, dip it into the powder, and brush gently along the gumline for 20–30 seconds.
Spit out the excess but don’t rinse afterwards — leaving a thin layer on the gumline gives the collagen time to absorb. Twice daily, morning and night.
When will I see results?
Most people notice the bleeding stop and sensitivity ease within the first two to three weeks. That’s the tissue calming down.
The real result — the gumline holding steady and not creeping further — usually becomes clear at your next dental check-up, when the number has stopped moving. Gum tissue takes time to respond, which is why the guarantee runs a full 90 days.
My dentist is just “monitoring” my recession. Is that enough?
Monitoring tracks the problem. It doesn’t stop it. If your dentist is measuring the same site every six months and writing down a slightly bigger number each time, that’s the slide most people stay on until they’re told they need a graft.
CollaGum works on the underlying cause — the collagen your gums are built from — so the tissue has what it needs to hold its ground instead of continuing to pull back.
My dentist said I caused this by brushing too hard. Is that true?
Partly — but it’s not the whole story. Hard brushing puts pressure on gum tissue, and thin tissue can’t take it. Healthy, collagen-dense gums withstand imperfect brushing for decades.
So brushing didn’t create the problem, it exposed it. The underlying cause is that your gums are running low on the collagen they’re built from — which is why brushing gentler slows it down but never stops it.
What if I don’t have recession yet?
Then you’re in the best position to use it. Collagen starts declining after 30 whether or not you can see it, and the thinning happens well before the gumline visibly moves.
Plenty of customers start after their dentist mentions early signs — bleeding when flossing, or one tooth starting to look longer than the rest — or because recession runs in their family and they want to get ahead of it. Far easier to hold the gumline where it is than to deal with it after the fact.
I’ve already had a gum graft. Can I still use it?
Yes. A graft covers recession that already happened, but it doesn’t change why the tissue thinned in the first place — which is why recession often reappears on nearby teeth within a couple of years.
CollaGum works on the underlying tissue, so it’s commonly used after a graft to stop the slide moving onto the teeth either side.
Does it replace my toothpaste, floss or dentist?
None of them. Use your normal toothpaste first, then CollaGum straight after. Keep flossing and keep your cleanings.
Brushing removes bacteria. CollaGum feeds the gum tissue. They’re doing two different jobs.
What does it taste like?
Almost nothing. It’s a fine unflavoured powder that doesn’t foam like toothpaste. Sugar-free, fluoride-free, no dyes and no harsh abrasives.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Use it for the full 90 days. If your gums haven’t held or improved, email us and we’ll refund you — no need to send the jar back.
